Péter Stefanics

Péter is the head of Banking and Finance at TENK Law Firm. He is an expert in advising on domestic and international finance transactions including syndicated and secured lending, project and acquisition finance, restructuring and real estate transactions. He further advises banks, financial corporations, venture capital and private equity funds and management companies with regard to regulatory matters and represents these clients regularly in permitting and supervisory procedures before the Hungarian National Bank. Prior to joining TENK Law Firm in 2016, Péter worked as chief legal counsel at ING Lease Hungary and senior legal counsel at Citibank.
