Zoltán Tenk is managing partner at TENK Law Firm. With more than 15 years of experience he is a specialist of complex transactions with special regard to venture capital and private equity investments, distressed M&A and distressed finance transactions. Dr. Tenk also regularly advises clients on local and cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters.

Péter Stefanics
Péter is the head of Banking and Finance at TENK Law Firm. He is an expert in advising on domestic and international finance transactions including syndicated and secured lending, project and acquisition finance, restructuring and real estate transactions. He further advises banks, financial corporations, venture capital and private equity funds and management companies with regard to regulatory matters and represents these clients regularly in permitting and supervisory procedures before the Hungarian National Bank. Prior to joining TENK Law Firm in 2016, Péter worked as chief legal counsel at ING Lease Hungary and senior legal counsel at Citibank.
Anna Horvát
Anna has been working in various fields of expertise during her work experience in the M&A field always implying a commercial take on legal matters and a continuous support of the clients in legal and project management matters, regulatory issues and due diligence exercises.
She has been working as an attorney in Hungarian mid-sized law offices and various companies as an in-house counsel at a nation-wide telecommunication firm as well as an oil and gas company.
Anna joined the forces of TENK Law Firm in 2018 and has been leading most of the M&A deals since.
Eszter Vera Tóth
Eszter has extensive experience in the fields of corporate and commercial law. Eszter joined TENK Law Firm in 2018 as an associate before which she worked at the Budapest based office of a prestigious international law firm present in Central and Eastern Europe. Eszter’s assistance in corporate law matters throughout the completion of M&A deals has proved to be an invaluable asset and her experience of many years in proceeding before the registry courts is a stable support for our clients.
Andreász Topalidisz
Andreász has an LLM in corporate law and an in-depth knowledge and expertise in corporate and real estate matters in addition to providing essential support in insolvency matters and disputes. He acquired a wide range of knowledge in licensing matters through the work provided to clients in reorganizations and other matters involving transfers of permitted business activities. Prior to joining TENK Law Firm in 2018, Andreász worked for other mid-sized law firms assisting with commercial matters.
Réka Somodi
Réka joined TENK Law Firm in 2021 as a junior associate, prior to which she worked as an in-house legal counsel of a multinational company. Her practice primarily focuses on finance and real estate transactions providing assistance as a qualified attorney now, and she also has experience in corporate law, M&A due diligence exercises and regulatory procedures before the Hungarian National Bank.
Roland Osvald
Roland is a qualified attorney at TENK Law Firm, focusing on M&A and investment transactions. Since the outset of his legal career, he has concentrated on mergers and acquisitions, advising on complex domestic and cross-border deals at several reputable mid-sized law firms. His experience covers a wide range of industries, with particular emphasis on venture capital and private equity investments.
Beyond his transactional practice, Roland gained substantial experience in the gambling sector, where he advises on regulatory and transactional matters. Currently, he is working on obtaining an LLM in sports law, combining his passion for the sports with legal insight.
Olivér Szabó
As a trainee lawyer, Olivér is primarily involved in supporting the day-to-day work of the qualified attorneys. He works in the areas of corporate law and M&A, where his tasks include preparing corporate documentation and drafting and reviewing of contracts. Before joining t TENK Law Firm in 2024, he completed an internship at a law firm having an international client base.
Luca Hilbert
Luca joined TENK Law Firm as an intern in 2022 where she currently works as a trainee lawyer. She primarily works in financial and real estate transactions and she is also well versed in corporate law issues and due diligence exercises. Her responsibilities include supporting the day-to-day work of attorneys and preparing and coordinating client matters with a strong emphasis on precision and professional development.
