Anna Horvát

Anna has been working in various fields of expertise during her work experience in the M&A field always implying a commercial take on legal matters and a continuous support of the clients in legal and project management matters, regulatory issues and due diligence exercises.

She has been working as an attorney in Hungarian mid-sized law offices and various companies as an in-house counsel at a nation-wide telecommunication firm as well as an oil and gas company.

Anna joined the forces of TENK Law Firm in 2018 and has been leading most of the M&A deals since.
